The core claim is that AI is not the endpoint of healthcare transformation. AI may make care cheaper, faster, and more precise, but the next question is harder: what should health become once medicine is less constrained by friction, bureaucracy, and avoidable chronic disease?
The working answer is wellcare: a shift from rescue to prevention, from fragmented intervention to restored agency, and from healthcare as a system people endure to healthcare as infrastructure for longer, better human lives.
